1. Responsible entity and user rights

The user may obtain free information about his data that is stored with us, as well as make use of his right to rectify, limit the use or deletion of his data. To do this, use the contact details listed above.
Personal data will be stored until the Customer cancels the consent, in whole or in relation to individual activities, he may submit his objection by e-mail, fax or letter, using the contact details listed.
Customers' personal data will be stored until the consent is revoked.
Personal data of customers purchasing without logging in will be stored for 24 months from the last purchase.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data may prevent EFEKTIMA from completing the order, as well as result in the inability to participate in (subscription to the newsletter, participation in contests, receiving marketing offers, participation in surveys)
2. Collection, processing and use of personal data
Personal data is data regarding factual or personal connections of a specific or identifiable natural person. These include, for example, first and last name, telephone number, address and all basic data which the user provided to us during registration and creation of a customer account.
2.1. Customer account For each customer who registers on our site using the "Create account" function, we set up a customer account, i.e. password protected direct access to the user's basic data stored with us. The user can here, among others, view his completed, being in progress and recently sent orders or manage his personal data.
2.1.1 Creating a customer account
When registering a customer account, you must provide the following information (required information):
- e-mail adress
- password
- name
- name
- sex
The invoice address and delivery address should be provided only when the order is placed. In order to fulfill the order, we need the correct first and last name, address details and payment details. We need the user's e-mail address so that we can confirm the receipt of the order and its sending, as well as in general for communication with the user. In addition, we use the user's e-mail address for identification (as a login name) when the user logs into his customer account.
2.1.2. Using a client account
For your safety, remember:
1. setting up a login and password for your Client account that prevents them from being easily guessed by third parties. In particular, we recommend using a string of characters and numbers as well as uppercase and lowercase letters in the password;
2. logout from EFEKTIMA.eu after the session is over (completed shopping, adding messages on the forum, etc.). Simply turning off the browser window is not tantamount to logging out from the Efektima.eu website. Logout from the effectima.eu will take place after clicking the "Log out" button, which is placed in the upper right corner of the page;
3. keeping the login and password for the client's account in secret, including in particular not sending the data (login, password) to any third parties;
4. use of anti-virus programs, including regular scanning of disks for viruses;
5. using the website and the Efektima.eu online store only through trusted computers where only proven software has been installed. Using someone else's computers creates the risk of intercepting the login, password or other data you provide;
2.2. Collection, processing and use of your personal data
We collect, save and process user data as part of the purchase service (orders and returns and send notifications of the delivery status or in case of any problems with the delivery of products, managing customer payments, processing complaints and warranty claims regarding products), to implement our services, for the needs of technical administration, for own marketing purposes (more on this subject in point
2.3) and to prevent offenses and fraud.
We process the following personal data:
• contact details, such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number
• information on delivery
• information on orders
• shopping history
• information on payments and payment history
• date of birth
Users' personal data is transferred to third parties only if it is allowed by law, including the purposes of the contract or settlement, for marketing purposes or in the event of prior user consent. For example, as part of order processing, service providers cooperating with us (eg a carrier, logistic company, banks) receive the necessary data in order to fulfill an order and an order. The data provided by this service provider may be used only for the purpose of carrying out its task.
2.3. Use of user data for advertising purposes
In addition to processing data as part of the purchase service on the EFEKTIMA website, we also use user data for the following purposes: to constantly optimize the user's purchases as part of a customer-friendly and personalized offer; to be able to contact you in connection with orders and specific products and marketing campaigns; and to recommend products or services to the user that might interest him.
We use for this purpose the information obtained, information about the end user's device, connection to the Internet, operating system and platform, date and time of visit to the website or products viewed, as well as information that we obtain from the user (including information provided automatically or generated ). In addition, we also use the order history.
The User may at any time oppose the use of the User's personal data for advertising purposes in whole or in relation to particular activities, without charging it with costs other than the costs of providing information. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send a text notification to the contact details listed in item 1 (eg e-mail, fax, letter).
2.3.1 Newsletter
We use the e-mail address provided by the user to send the newsletter. A confirmation of the user is required here, which consists in expressing his consent as an owner of the e-mail address to receive the newsletter.
If the user would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, he may at any time cancel his consent without incurring costs, apart from the costs of providing information according to the basic tariff. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send a text notification to the contact details listed in item 1 (eg e-mail, fax, letter). Of course, in every newsletter there is a link to opt out of the newsletter.
2.3.2 Competitions
As part of the competitions, we use user data to notify you of the winnings. Detailed information is provided in the conditions of participation of a given competition.
4. Secure data transmission
We transfer your personal data in a secure manner using encryption. This also applies to the ordering process and customer login. In addition, our websites and other systems are protected by current technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of user data by unauthorized persons.
